Exchange and return policy

Exchange Policy:

(The price does not include the warranty)

1. The product must not be used at all, as any used or damaged product will not be returned or replaced (the product will be examined and verified by us).
2. The replacement period takes 12-14 working days after the order arrives (it may take longer than the specified period if the required product is not available)
3. There is no cancellation of the order during the exchange.
4. The customer has the right to exchange the product for another size or another product.
5. The customer has the right to exchange the product within 1 day of receiving the order.
6. The shipment must arrive to us with all its accessories.
7. Deliver the shipment to the nearest branch
8. Replacement fee 50 riyals (shipping company fee)
9. There is no two size shipping policy and choose the right size
10. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, it will be replaced free of charge.

Return Policy:

1. In the event that the order is not received and the shipment is returned to us, the order will be shipped and the customer will bear all fees.
2. No refunds (due to huge costs)
